After several successful participations and engagements as a sponsor, SONOTEC will additionally participate as an exhibitor this year for the first time at the Silicon Saxony Day on June 21, 2023 in Dresden, Germany. Interested parties will have the chance to get to know the product portfolio for non-contact flow measurement and air bubble detection in the semiconductor industry at booth C13 within the Technology Island "Smart Systems".
At the 17th SiIicon Saxony Day on June 21, 2023 in Dresden, Germany, SONOTEC is once again one of the gold sponsors and at the same time an exhibitor at the high-tech event. With more than 400 attendees, the Silicon Saxony Day is the leading ICT and networking conference in eastern Germany. The annual event for knowledge and technology transfer is the meeting point for more than 440 Silicon Saxony members as well as entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists from the semiconductor and microelectronics industry. SONOTEC has been a member of the industry network since 2020.
The agenda of the 17th Silicon Saxony Day covers topics on current and future technologies. Different Technology Islands present latest developments in the field of autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, smart systems, as well as microelectronics. In addition, the conference offers the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with peers.
SONOTEC will show its ultrasonic-based flow sensors and air bubble detectors at booth C13 as part of the Smart Systems Technology Island. The non-contact clamp-on architecture and the ultrasonic measurement method eliminate any risk of contamination or leakage through the sensor. Hence, the SEMIFLOW sensors are suitable for highly sensitive production processes requiring highest accuracy and process stability. The sensors are designed to measure accurately and reliably even under the most difficult conditions to reduce unplanned downtime.

Non-contact flow sensors and air bubble detectors for the semiconductor industry
The ultrasonic flow sensors SEMIFLOW CO.65 and SONOFLOW IL.52, as well as the ultrasonic air bubble detectors SONOCHECK ABD06 are important components for quality management in process monitoring and control for flow measurement and air bubble detection, e.g. in the production of wafers in the semiconductor industry. The non-contact sensors can be integrated into systems without any machine downtime, making them the ideal means of measuring abrasive, adhesive, corrosive and high-purity liquids. The SEMIFLOW sensors are also characterized by their compact housing design with integrated electronics. They require little space in the plant and can be easily integrated into existing process chains and architectures.
