New immersion testing system has arrived

Two weeks ago, our new immersion testing system from UTEX (Canada) arrived!
Last week, UTEX commissioned the system and provide training for our colleagues from the development department – supported by Johannes Zawatzki (SONOTEC) and Mathew Oleskiw (UTEX).
With the new system, we will be able to test and characterize ultrasonic transducers under defined conditions – assessing, among other things, their functionality, signal stability, sensitivity, and the resulting sound fields in water. This will allow us to evaluate performance and quality even more precisely.
This expands our capabilities in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), creates additional capacity, and strengthens the technical foundation for our development and testing activities.
We’re excited about the new opportunities this system will bring to our research and quality assurance work!
