ASNT Annual Conference 2026

From October 12 to 15, 2026, Andreas H. Ogrzewalla and Brian Kavanagh represented SONOTEC at the ASNT 2026 Conference in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Organized by the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), the event is one of the most important international meeting points for professionals in the field of nondestructive testing (NDT). Under this year’s theme, “Together We Lead,” the conference focused on knowledge sharing, the presentation of new technologies, and the continued advancement of the industry.

Over the course of four days, participants from industry, research, and inspection services exchanged ideas on the latest developments in NDT. Technical presentations, panel discussions, and conversations on the exhibition floor provided insights into new applications, practical field experiences, and emerging industry challenges. Particular attention was given to modern ultrasonic testing methods and their use across a wide range of industrial applications.

At the SONOTEC booth, discussions focused on the requirements of modern inspection tasks, ultrasonic sensor technology, and various solutions for nondestructive testing. Personal exchanges with users, researchers, and industry representatives provided valuable opportunities to discuss current developments and application-specific requirements from different sectors.

With thousands of participants from industry, research, and inspection services, ASNT Annual Conference 2026 offered numerous opportunities for professional exchange. Discussions on new inspection methods, industrial applications, and technological developments highlighted the importance of international collaboration in advancing the field of nondestructive testing.
