With the ‘Structure-Borne Sound Probe T10’ machine and plant processes can be monitored permanently, insofar as a detectable structure-borne sound level is generated in the ultrasonic range.

Online monitoring of processes and machines

A fixed installation enables the supervision of difficult to access inspection points or trend monitoring for longer periods. Based on changes of the ultrasonic sound level the assessment of plant condition is possible.

Data can be read out with a mobile or stationary device

For evaluation the data can be read out with a mobile or stationary device of the ‘SONAPHONE’ family. For instance, via current output the data can be sent to other devices.
