SONOTEC at Control 2019: New operating concepts for ultrasonic testing
Also this year, SONOTEC presents its products and solutions for nondestructive ultrasonic testing at Germany's largest trade fair for quality assurance.
From 7.5. until 10.5.2019, in hall 4, booth 4507, interested trade fair visitors can provide themselves with profound insights into the latest technologies for nondestructive ultrasonic testing, which sets new standards in terms of usability and operating speed.
SONOTEC introduces unique user concept for maximum operation comfort
High-tech and simplicity – for SONOTEC no contradiction but guiding principle of daily work.
How SONOTEC simplifies the operation with new user / authorization concepts, will be demonstrated at the two-in-one thickness / material testing device SONOWALL 70.
The user concept now distinguishes between basic and power user. A password-restricted expert mode enables appropriately qualified and authorised individuals to adapt the operation panel according to the specific requirements of key users. For tailor-made quickly accessible user menus functions which are not required can be completely hided and protected against unauthorized use. In addition, various automatic functions and testing routines guide even less experienced users quickly and reliably through the inspection process.
SONOTEC presents robot solution for air-coupled Ultrasonic Testing with SONOAIR
Many good reasons speak for the method of air-coupled ultrasonic testing that works without any liquid couplant. With the phased-array air-coupled inspection system SONOAIR SONOTEC already provides a powerful all-in-one system for highly automated air-coupled material testing.
At Control fair 2019 SONOTEC presents for the first time a Human-Robot-Collaboration solution for the ultrasonic testing of 3D shapes. The dual robot system developed with partner Radalytica again pushes back the limits of technology and opens up new possibilities for testing composite materials.
SONOTEC is looking forward to your visit at Control 2019 – Hall 4, Booth 4507.
