Ultrasonic sensors for the use in biotech- and pharma industry processes – abstracted in a new SONOTEC product flyer
Non-invasive fluid monitoring is increasingly applied in single use systems in the biotech- and pharmaceutical industry. SONOTEC presents a brand new brochure of ultrasonic solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of these applications.
A major aspect the publication is about to outline non-contact sensors of the SONOTEC CO series. These clamp-on-devices are designed to measure flow rates within tubes safely and reliably. The sensors could be easily installed from outer tube without getting in contact with the liquids itself. They are perfectly made for multiple use. Available for a number of various tube sizes and materials, the devices are manufactured from either aluminium or stainless steel and are optionally equipped with an integrated display.
SONOFLOW IL sensors cover high-precision flow measurement. The PEEK-made inline-sensors are reusable and adapted for SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) and CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) cleaning processes which are very standard in biotech and pharma production plants.
Besides a general overview of SONOTEC’s clamp-on and inline sensor solutions, the brochure gives also an insight into the SONOFLOW Monitor Software. The software could be easily ordered as an optional tool for parameterization, testing, and calibrating the flow sensors. Another add-on for the SONOFLOW CO series includes the Remote Display RD.10. The external display selectively displays flow rates, volumes or media temperatures.
