The SONOSPHERE mobile ultrasonic system provides quick and reliable detection of seal failures in windows, doors, cabins, vehicles and containers having sealing surfaces or rubber profile seals. As well as applications in road and rail vehicle construction, this ultrasonic transmitter is also used by ship and boat builders and for examining fire safety doors, climate cabinets and clean rooms.

Used in conjunction with the SONAPHONE T ultrasonic transmitter and an ultrasonic receiver from the SONAPHONE series, it allows flexible and efficient leak testing at minimal cost. In view of the simple operating principle, the system does not require costly training of personnel, nor are there any follow-on costs, as with the tracer gas or pressure decay methods, for example.

Both very large and very awkward spaces can be tested without difficulty using the SONOSPHERE. With the supplied stand and various fastening elements, the system can be used in countless ways. This all-inclusive, hassle-free package is the ideal solution for challenging inspection tasks.
